The specialty of our restaurant has certainly become pierogi (dumplings) with veal and poured with sage butter. But we do try to make all our dishes special.

Zucchini cream with blue cheese, oyster mushrooms on lettuce, pork tenderloin in chanterelle sauce, beef steak in black pepper, tarts with fruits. These are only some examples of dishes of modern European cuisine…

Pierogi with millet groats and cheese, trout grilled from the ponds in Pustelnia village near Opole Lubelskie – a hit in our restaurant in recent years, are selected dishes based on products from local suppliers, which also refer to the regional cuisine.
